Julia G. Brooks
July 11, 1928  -  June 22, 2017


Julia was born in Valdosta, Georgia. She spent most of her childhood in Federal Point, Putnam County.
Julia moved to Orlando in 1964 where she served in the Orange County Courthouse as a Chief Deputy Clerk of the Court for over 30 years. Julia was an avid Florida Gator fan and loved being a member of the Red Hat Society in Orlando and Cocoa Beach. Julia is pre-deceased by her daughter Alexis Saxon. Julia is survived by her husband, David Brooks; three sons Thomas K Harvey (Brenda), James Harvey, and Timothy C. Harvey (Wendy), along with eleven grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
A Visitation will be held at Carey Hand Cox Parker Funeral Home, 1350 W. Fairbanks Avenue, Winter Park, FL at 1PM on June 27,2017 with a service at 2PM and a reception to follow.
