- age 95 of Altamonte Springs FL.; passed away Saturday, February 10, 2018. She is the dearest wife of the late Reagan L. Lowry and the late Donald Williams; loving mother of Carolyn (Dewey) Wilson, Rick (Mary) Lowry, the late Martha Lowry Smith, & Jimmy (Claudine) Lowry; proud grandmother of Vicky Yost, Rick Lowry, Tracy Lowry, Rodney Lowry, Holly Paris, Chris Wilson, Dana Wilson Birkhead, Sabrena Rucker, & Stephanie Smith; great grandmother of 19; brother of Bill (Mary) Holloway, preceded in death by 8 brothers and sisters; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 16th, 1pm at Carey Hand Cox-Parker Funeral Home, 1350 W. Fairbanks Ave., Winter Park; where the family will receive friends beginning at 12pm. Mrs. Williams will be laid to rest in Highland Memory Gardens, Apopka, FL. The family would like to Thank the staff at Longwood Heath Care for their tremendous care of Frances for many years.

    We loved Aunt Frances so much and thought of her quite often. She was a wonderful lady that was so much fun to be around and was the life of the party! So sorry we couldn't make it to Florida but we will see her some sweet day in heaven! Love and prayers to you all❤️
